SAFETY PROTOCOL

At Elite House Wash LLC, our top priorities are the safety of our clients, their properties, and our team. With our extensive range of exterior cleaning services, we've implemented a comprehensive safety protocol to ensure unmatched service quality and safety.

Before Washing:

1. Pre-wash Inspection:

  • Thoroughly inspect the property.

  • Identify potential water intrusion areas.

  • Ensure all electrical outlets and fixtures are safeguarded against the washing process.

  • Evaluate window installations for any potential water seepage risks.

  • Assess the condition and setup of gutters.

  • Acknowledge if young children or pets are on the property, ensuring their safety during the washing process.

Plant Life Precaution:

Wet down all plant life within the work area, including trees, bushes, grass, plants, and flowers. Saturated plant cells are less receptive to cleaning agents, ensuring plant safety during the washing process.

Painted Surface Precaution: For painted surfaces, we always test our cleaning agents in an inconspicuous area first to check for any negative reactions with the paint. This ensures that the integrity and appearance of the paint job remain intact and unaffected by our cleaning process.

  • Conduct a detailed garden and landscape survey, noting all plant life and flower species.

2. Preparation of the Work Area:

  • Relocate potential safety hazard items or belongings susceptible to damage.

  • Prepare equipment for safe operation.

During Washing:

1. Application of Cleaning Agent: - Use a specialized agent tailored to address dirt, mold, algae, and contaminants.

  • Adjustment & Metering of Chemical Potencies: Adapt our approach, adjusting and metering chemical potencies based on specific property needs, ensuring safety and optimal cleaning efficiency.

  • Benefits: Adapted chemical potencies allow surfaces to be cleaned deeply and safely.

2. Equipment Handling:

  • Use pressure washing machines at the designated settings.

  • Maintain the nozzle's recommended distance from surfaces.

3. Safety Measures:

  • Organize hoses and cables to minimize tripping hazards.

  • Regularly monitor for unforeseen water pooling.

4. Application of Chemical Neutralizer:

  • Post cleaning agent use, apply a chemical neutralizer.

  • Benefits: Neutralizer counteracts cleaning agent residues, promoting environmental safety and stabilizing surface pH levels.

5. Consideration for Residents:

  • Stay alert to children or pets' proximity, pausing operations if needed.

After Washing:

1. Post-wash Inspection:

  • Scrutinize cleaned areas.

  • Examine for potential water intrusion near electrical zones and windows.

  • Ensure gutters are free from residues.

2. Client Walkthrough:

  • Walk the property owner or their representative through the cleaned areas, discussing any concerns. Our job doesn't end until our client is satisfied.

  • Offer aftercare advice, especially for plants or flowers.

3. Feedback Collection:

  • Actively seek feedback from clients, aiming to continually refine our service quality and commitment.
